This 4 bedroom house sleeps 10 guests with a choice of King or Twin beds.
Upstairs is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (ensuite and family bathroom). All rooms can made up into one Superking bed or 2 singles beds.
Downstairs there is a spacious living area, kitchen and large dining area. What makes this house have the x-factor is the large lounge containing a pool table, dart board and small mezzaine library. Manata Homestead shares it extensive estate gardens & vineyard with Manata Lodge – 4 luxury serviced apartments. The beautiful grounds offer a tennis & basketball court, swimming pool (summer time only), outdoor heated spa pool, sauna, outdoor patios and picnic area, swing set and our BBQ. Equipment at our guests disposal mountain bikes, tennis racquets & balls, basketball and cricket set.
If you need a portacot or rollaway bed please advise us upon booking. The prices are as follows.

Directions from Queenstown Airport:
Turn right onto the main road (Kawarau Road) and follow until the main Frankton roundabout where you’ll take a right. Follow this road 1.5 km and turn left onto Tucker Beach Road (just before the Shotover River Bridge). Follow Tucker Beach Road for 1km and turn left onto Manata Green. Follow this road for 200m until you reach Manata Lodge.

Cancellation Policy
Manata Lodge is a small retreat and late cancellations have a significant impact. If a reservation is cancelled and in the event that we are unable to replace the booking, the following applies:
○ Free cancellation up to 3 months out from you stay.
○ Within 3 months of your stay - non refundable, but date change is available.
